Quiet, clean. Great staff and great location. We love the concrete pads and patios.

Nice quite place with very friendly people. Bob in the office was very accommodating. I wanted to be near the villages and he got me right in. Felt very safe here.

Quiet, well-maintained resort with pool, clubhouse...

...I seriously cannot say enough kind things about the hospitality I was shown and if I ever were to consider long term parking this would be the first place I would look. Beautiful grounds, a calendar of events for the community, clean facilities and just all around good vibes.

I love that my mother chose here to live and feel very safe and happy to send my son over to visit anytime. They have a nice pool and the community gets together and does a great New Years Eve Lights on Golf Cart Parade. Would recommend highly. Only downside is your right on the highway but it's right across from the hospital so that's a plus too!

Its a very nice and well groomed place to live and or have an R V and camp! They have an office for any questions you may have. Also they have a nice well kept laundry room. I believe they have 4 / 5 washers as well as dryers. In the same building they have mens and womens shower rooms available... A pool is also available....Picnic tables on every site. 4 blocks from 7 11, walgreens, McDonald's. Walmarts 1 1/2 miles. Easy access to U S 27 and not far from I 4... Hammondell has a weekly activity broad. Lets you know when bingo, shuffleboard kniting or what ever may be happening for that week available as you drive in the park. Hammondell will see that your stay is pleasant and accommodating....
